Wondervisor is a product of rediZOO, LLC. These terms cover this marketing website, wondervisor.com, only. By using it, you accept them. The Wondervisor software your institution runs is governed by your institution’s agreement with rediZOO, LLC, not these terms.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Don’t try to gain unauthorized access, scan for vulnerabilities without our written permission, introduce malware, scrape the site in ways that disrupt it, or impersonate anyone.

Intellectual property

Site content and the Wondervisor and rediZOO names and logos belong to rediZOO, LLC or its licensors. You may share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. Anything else needs our written permission.

Sample data

The demos on this site use fictional people and schools, including Tumbleberry University. Any resemblance to real students, advisors or institutions is coincidental.

Third-party links

We aren’t responsible for sites we link to. Visiting them is at your own risk.

Inquiries you send us

What you send through the demo form or by email is handled under our Privacy & Cookie Policy. Please don’t send student records or other confidential information through the form.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, rediZOO, LLC and its affiliates aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by U.S. law and the law of the state where rediZOO, LLC is organized, and disputes go to the state or federal courts there.

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site means you accept the changes.
