Overview
Wondervisor is a product of rediZOO, LLC. This policy explains what this marketing website, wondervisor.com, collects and why. We keep tracking to a minimum and use analytics only with your permission.
Wondervisor at your institution
Each institution installs and runs Wondervisor on its own servers. Student records, advising notes and appointments in Wondervisor are controlled by your institution and handled under its own policies, including FERPA. For questions about that information, contact your institution.
When an institution turns on AI suggestions, it chooses the provider and whether names, IDs and contact details are removed first. Your institution makes those choices in Wondervisor’s Admin settings.
What we collect
- If you request a demo: the name, work email, institution and role you enter. The form is sent through Formspree, which delivers it to us by email.
- If you accept analytics: pages you visit, approximate location based on your IP address, device and browser type, the site that referred you, and interactions such as clicks and scrolling.
- Website hosting: the site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may record IP addresses in server logs to keep the site running and secure.
- Fonts: pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when it fetches them.

Analytics and consent
This site doesn’t run any analytics today. If we add them, they stay off until you choose “Accept analytics,” and we’ll name the analytics provider here before they start. Choosing “Reject analytics” keeps them off, and so does closing the banner without choosing.
Your choices
Change your choice any time with “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page, or with the button above. To ask about information you sent us, or to have it deleted, email howdy@redizoo.com.
Data retention
Demo requests are kept as long as we need them to respond and for reasonable business records. If we add analytics, that data will be kept according to the retention settings of our analytics account.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information, including HTTPS throughout. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This website is meant for institution staff and is not directed to children under 13.
